Delivery
Our delivery service is bespoke to your location and ottoman.
We send it out with specifically designed multi material packaging from 3-d printed plastic, wood and soft cushioning so that each unique piece is packed as it nearly as uniquely as it is made
Customisation
Customisation is widely open, our only pre-sets are the height of featured wooden sections like legs, lamp base.

Returns & Refunds
We do not offer a refund unless there is damage or imperfection to the product.
We value sustainability highly and offer a platform you can sell your piece through, on our website. For upholstered products, we can send them out a different chosen fabric.
