Our Process

All of our furniture is designed through an interactive process that begins with sketching out some reinterpreted classically designed furniture.

We then use Solidworks an industry leading CAD software to design in 3D the sketches. This is where the final design refinements come in while minimising future waste through careful planning.

The first prototypes are all made by hand. This way our furniture has that hand crafted feel to it. They are then produced on a larger scale to compete in the market.

Some of the images shown below are taken from within Nico’s House where he grew up in Norfolk and where the first pieces were made

Order process

Your piece is commissioned
Once an order is placed, production is scheduled and work begins.

Fabric is sourced to specification
The selected fabric is ordered so production can begin while the material is in transit.

Frame and legs are crafted by hand
Timber components are shaped, finished, and upholstered using traditional methods before final assembly.

Delivery is arranged directly with the client
When the piece is complete, a delivery time is confirmed to ensure it arrives with care.
